60 ml of passion fruit pulp
5 - 7 fresh mint leaves
200 ml of Sparkling
Oveja Negra Brut
a tall glass
1 Lime or lemon cut into wedges
some ice cubes
In the glass put the passion fruit pulp,
lemon and mint leaves,
crush to extract the juice from the lemon and release the aromas of mint.
Fill the glass with ice.
Slowly add your sparkling Oveja Negra Brut
and decorate with some mint leaves.
SPARKLING WINE
A dry, very refreshing Brut. This is a pale straw-coloured sparkling wine with golden hues. The delicious nose opens with notes of fresh fruit, apples, quince and dried flowers, followed by complex aromas of dried fruit, honey and vanilla. A beautiful even perlage of bubbles dances continuously upwards from the centre of the glass.
