60 ml of passion fruit pulp


5 - 7 fresh mint leaves


200 ml of Sparkling
Oveja Negra Brut


a tall glass


1 Lime or lemon cut into wedges


some ice cubes

STEP BY STEP

In the glass put the passion fruit pulp,

lemon and mint leaves,

crush to extract the juice from the lemon and release the aromas of mint.

Fill the glass with ice.

Slowly add your sparkling Oveja Negra Brut

and decorate with some mint leaves.

SPARKLING WINE

Brut - Blanc de Blancs

A dry, very refreshing Brut. This is a pale straw-coloured sparkling wine with golden hues. The delicious nose opens with notes of fresh fruit, apples, quince and dried flowers, followed by complex aromas of dried fruit, honey and vanilla. A beautiful even perlage of bubbles dances continuously upwards from the centre of the glass.

The Blend

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

On the nose are upfront aromas of red fruit like strawberries and plums which intermingle with those of spices and tobacco. The mouth evokes raspberries and plums with a long finish that pair perfectly with red meat, charcuterie and lamb casserole.
